To assist persons in Schuyler County through mental health counseling, substance abuse counseling, and the Homemaker Program. The agency continually strives to facilitate the social, emotional, vocational, and financial independence of persons served consistent with the day-to-day demands upon their time, spirit, and capabilities. The agency also endeavors to maximize the strengths, of all individuals while minimizing each weakness; allowing persons served to grow and progress until they are living and working in the least restrictive environment possible.
